For your 1 hour of gymnastics you can choose to have instruction, free play or a combination of both. Participants will have use of equipment, including trampolines, foam pit, balance beams, uneven bars and floor play. Our instructors will set up an obstacle course and will remain on the gym floor to assist and supervise.
Party Policies
1. Be prompt! Party must begin and end on time, as there may be other parties before or after you!
2. Please, no "noise-making" party favors, decorations must be pre-approved. No confetti, this can be a safety issue, both inside the gym and party room.
3. Parents of participants must sign in on the birthday party sign in sheet. Please make sure all parents of your guests know that their child cannot participate if they are not signed in, for those parents who might not stay for the party.
4. For safety reasons, use non-flash photography and video camera.
5. Adults must escort young children under the age of 3.
6. Children are not allowed to enter the gymnastics area without the permission of an E.G.S. staff member.
7. Once gymnastics time is over, participants are not to re-enter the gymnastics area.
8. Please wear appropriate clothing. No jewelry, zippers or loose items. No metal snaps, hair pins or sharp objects.
9. NO SHOES in the gymnastics area. Parents who wish to join us in the gymnastics area are welcomed to do so, but must also remove their shoes.
10. No gum, candy or food in the gymnastics area.
11. Please note that there may be a private lesson in session during your party, however we guarantee that you will have full use of our equipment.
12. Every child who enters the gymnastics area (siblings, cousins, etc) is considered a participant, and fees are charged accordingly.
13. Gratuities are appreciated.
No refunds unless we are notified 4 weeks prior to the party. In case of illness or bad weather, the party will be rescheduled.
